In this talk, we will first explain the symplectic reduction of a Hamiltonian G- manifold and symplectic vortices equations, discuss the L2-moduli spaces of symplectic vortices on Riemann sur faces with cylindrical ends and their compactifications. The asymptotic limits take value in the symplectic reduction (the inertia version in the orbifold case), which plays the role of the evaluation maps in Gromov-Witten theory. Then we will talk a cohomological field theory associated to moduli spaces of symplectic vortices equations.
