Coupled Kähler-Einstein metrics were introduced in 2019 by Hultgren and Witt Nyström as a generalization of Kähler-Einstein metrics. Recently (arXiv 2024), Fujita and Hashimoto gave an equivariantly uniform K-stability characterization of the existence of coupled Kähler-Einstein metrics. This talk tries to survey the works of Hultgren-Witt Nyström, Fujita-Hashimoto and my work with Y.Y. Zhang.
